Family Turkey Project
Everytime I've had a child in Mr. Madruga's 5th grade class (3 times now), we've had a project to decorate a huge paper turkey. We usually do it for Family Night. This is the one we helped Jaycee with. They are ALWAYS crazier than crazy---but lots of fun as all 6 of us HAVE to participate in some way. What a weird looking turkey!!!

Coby's Farewell
We went up to Coby's Farewell in Logan today. He is going to the California San Fernando Valley Spanish speaking. Lots of family came. These are most of the 19-20 yr old cousins from the Ellis side of the family---what a great group! We are proud of Coby and his great decision!

Two cute girls
I always think that Jaycee looks so much like Kaylee when she was little--so had to take a close-up to compare.....aren't they cute???
Pumpkin Party at the Garden
Our final ward/neighborhood garden day----we pick the pumpkins and clean up. There was enough for one for each child. They do a drawing so that it's random who gets to choose first.

Shawnee is 17!
Shawnee had a few friends come over for her birthday and they brought her a cake. Happy 17th Birthday Shawnee! We went out for dinner to Cafe Rio to celebrate.

Kaylee's Fabulous Foto Shoot
Kaylee decided to do a little make-up magic and she and Jaycee hit the yard for a photo shoot. Kaylee's getting to be a great photographer. These are some of my favorites of the 50 or so she took.

Inexpensive Toys
I cleaned out the playroom the other day since nobody really plays in it anymore. It seems it's always messy---yet "nobody" plays in it. I bought a couple of storage bins to store the toys we want to keep in the basement. For some reason though, I've been unable to get the toys INTO the bins nor downstairs. Any guesses why? Yep---they've become inexpensive toys.
